Edris E. At the University of the Virgin Islands, she is Clinical Instructor in the BSN program, and also acts as tutor and Coordinator of the ATI Testing program. |

Tyra U. DeCastro Administrative Assistant Tyra DeCastro attended college in Atlanta for several years and gained office administrative experience on her return to St. Thomas. She was Office Manager for Professional Insurance Center, Inc. for four years, and was Administrative Assistant to the President of the united Steelworkers Local Union 8249 for three years where she developed proactive skills to achieve desired results on time. Being the oldest sibling with three brothers, Tyra is accomplished at developing and taking charge of significant tasks. |
